Penny Hummel

A past president of the Friends of Multnomah County Library, Penny Hummel is a Public Library Consultant. She graduated from Reed College with a BA in Russian Literature and San Jose State University with an Executive MLIS. From 2001 to 2009, she was the Marketing & Communications Manager for Multnomah County Library. From 2009 to 2013, she was the director of the Canby Public Library. She lives in Portland.
