Henry Hughes

Henry Hughes is the author of the memoir, Back Seat with Fish, and four collections of poetry, including Men Holding Eggs, which received the 2004 Oregon Book Award. His commentary on new poetry appears regularly in Harvard Review. Hughes edited the Everyman’s Library anthologies The Art of Angling: Poems about Fishing and Fishing Stories. He teaches literature and writing at Western Oregon University.
