Sam Stern

Sam Stern is professor and dean emeritus at Oregon State University where he was on the faculty of education for 35 years and, between 2002 and 2011, served as dean of the College of Education. His current research project is on the impact of the Bernard Daly Scholarship Fund, America's oldest continuously operating place-based scholarship.
