Ginny Mapes

Ginny Mapes grew up in Hillsboro, Oregon and today lives on Logie Trail where she is a local historian, researcher, writer. After receiving a Master’s degree from Portland State University she continued post-graduate work at Pacific University in illustration and photography. She is a former educator and librarian. Ginny enjoys sharing the beauty and value of nature in artistic ways connecting it to history to make stories meaningful.
