Marc D. Brown

Marc Brown is an attorney, employed by the Oregon Office of Public Defense Services as an appellate public defender. He has taught in the public affairs department at Washington State University, Vancouver, and most recently as a visiting professor at South China University of Technology College of Law in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China (as a Fulbright) and Shivaji University Law School in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. He has written for numerous publications including the Oregon Historical Quarterly, the Oregon State Bar Bulletin, and the Oregon Defense Attorney.
