William Stack

William C. Stack received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Portland and Portland State University. He is a seasoned educator who has taught at the high school and college levels.  He has written a book titled, Historic Photos of Oregon as well as articles on President John Adams, George Flavel, and Glenn Jackson.  He lives in Portland with his wife and daughter.
