Todd Jarvis

An engineering geologist, water rights examiner, and professional mediator, Todd has worked across the US and abroad on groundwater protection, development, and water rights issues for over 40 years. He earned a Ph.D. in Geography from Oregon State University, and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geology and Hydrogeology from the University of Wyoming. He teaches Environmental Conflict Resolution at the University of Oregon Law School. He worked directly with Gail Achterman on aggregate mining policy and statewide water resources planning from 2004 to 2011 while she lead the Institute for Natural Resources.
