Robert Bailey
Robert Bailey grew up in North Bend and graduate of Portland State University in 1968 with a degree in Earth Science. He spent a career in land use planning, principally with the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development. He served as a city commissioner for the City of Oregon City. He is a co-founder of the Elakha Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to returning sea otters to the Oregon coast.
