Sarah Adams-Schoen
Sarah Adams is a faculty member of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Center at the University of Oregon. Her expertise is in land use and climate change law and policy, climate hazard mitigation, ocean and coastal law, sustainable development, and state and local government law. She is the author of multiple publications including books, articles, essays, and policy papers.
