Debra Wynn

Debra Wynn is a retired rare book cataloger at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC holding an MA in Librarianship from the University of Denver and a BA in Political Science and German Area Studies and an MA in German Literature from the University of Oregon. She has published articles in the Kipling Journal and given presentations about Rudyard Kipling gained through her experience cataloging the Kipling Collections for the Rare Book and Special Collections Division at the Library of Congress. She grew up in Baker City, Oregon.
