Janet Bowler

Janet Lien Bowler is a retired English teacher who serves on the board of the Astoria Scandinavian Heritage Association and as entertainment director for the Astoria Scandinavian Midsummer Festival. She is a grant writer for the proposed Nordic Heritage Park in Astoria.
